What you have to do

Complete a full switch using the Current Account Switch Service, which closes your old account.

Do all of it within 30 days.
Who can’t get it

You can’t already have a current account with Starling.
·
You can’t ever have had a switch bonus from Starling.
When it pays
As soon as about 1 days after the switch if you meet the conditions straight away, and up to 30 days if you use the whole window.
How to start the switch
1.
Open a Starling account in the Starling app and wait for it to be approved.
2.
In the app, tap the icon at the top right and choose “Switch to Starling”.
3.
Enter the sort code and account number of the account you are leaving, and pick a switch date.

Do I need direct debits for the Starling switch bonus?
No. Starling’s offer does not ask for any direct debits.
How long does the Starling bonus take to arrive?

Can I get the Starling bonus if I’ve had one before?
